Golf-fleet operations software: two React apps, an Android WebView shell and the deployment pipeline behind every customer environment.
In production at Ak Bars Golf Club (Kazan) and Skolkovo Golf Club (opens in a new tab) (Moscow)
- Architected two React and TypeScript applications for golf-fleet operations, covering live Leaflet maps, vehicle telemetry, zone drawing, scorecards and marshal messaging; supported offline tablet use with Workbox.
- Generated typed API clients and TanStack Query hooks from OpenAPI using Orval; added Zod validation and Valtio state management across shared frontend modules.
- Built a Kotlin Android WebView shell with a bidirectional JavaScript bridge for GPS, vehicle telemetry, battery status and speed limits; delivered English, Russian and Tatar interfaces.
- Integrated CAN/LIN telemetry with the Android and web layers and wrote a Python utility that decodes battery and motor-controller messages from a YAML signal map.
- Reduced new-customer and staging deployment from approximately 2 days to 5–10 minutes by consolidating customer repositories and automating provisioning with Ansible and CI/CD.
- Automated Docker, Nginx, Compose, environment configuration and MongoDB backups; provisioned Vault with AppRole, KV secrets and audit logging to retrieve deployment credentials.
- Built GitHub Actions release workflows with staging/production selection, component image tags and cross-repository deployment triggers.
